I officially completed my training in Korea! 🇰🇷✂️ I want to express my deepest gratitude to Master Sukhee and Judy for guiding and training us. These two weeks have been an incredible experience — truly meaningful in every way. Thank you to P’Guy for recommending this class and encouraging me to come, and to P’Sweety (P’Waan) for taking such good care of us throughout the entire trip. Your warmth and support made everything feel so special. To my classmates — Boom, Belle, Bow, and Dream — thank you for the unforgettable memories. We trained hard together, laughed, cried, and supported each other through every step. This journey wouldn’t have been the same without you all. A special thank you to Dung-Dung, our sweet little dog model, for being such a good boy and letting me practice on him. 🐶💗 This trip has been absolutely worth it. Not only did I get to compete here in Korea, but I’m also bringing home an Encouragement Award — a little reminder of how far I’ve come. And of course, thank you to my husband, Andrew, for always pushing me, supporting me, and believing in me. I absolutely loved the grooming competition in Korea. Everyone was so dedicated and trained so seriously it truly inspired me to push myself, practice harder, and continue improving my work. It was an amazing experience, and even though I only received an Encouragement Award, I’m grateful for everything I learned. I’ll be reopening my salon on December 8th. Once you’ve addressed any tangled spots, you can then proceed with brushing the coat thoroughly. This helps prevent discomfort for your dog and keeps their coat healthy and smooth.

Matting Notice & Consent For dogs with matted coats, it may be necessary to use shorter blades to safely remove the tangles. Please note that this can carry some risks, such as minor skin irritation or small nicks, especially when mats are close to the skin. 🐶✨ How to Brush Your Dog 🟢 Short-Haired Dogs ✅ Examples: Beagle, Pit Bull, Bulldog 🔹 Recommended Tools: - Rubber curry brush - Furminator Undercoat deShedding Tool 🔹 How to Brush: 1.Use the rubber brush in circular motions to loosen hair and massage the skin. 2.Brush in the direction of hair growth, from head to tail. 3.Wipe the coat with a damp or dry cloth to remove dust. 4.Brush once or twice a week. 🟣 Long-Haired Dogs ✅ Examples: Shih Tzu, Maltese, Golden Retriever 🔹 Recommended Tools: - Slicker brush - Metal comb 🔹 How to Brush: 1.Divide the coat into sections. 2.tart brushing from the bottom layer, working your way up. 3.Use the slicker brush to remove tangles and loose hair. 4.Use the comb to check for hidden mats. 5.If you find mats, hold the hair at the base and gently work them out (use detangling spray if needed). 6.
